Resources for Students

Support for WildED comes in many ways, through institutional and personal donors, through sponsors and partners, and also through our amazing volunteers.

By making a tax-deductible donation today, you will ensure that WildED continues to reach young people of BC, our future leaders and stewards of the earth, providing the impetus for them to make a personal connection with wilderness, and inspiring them to make caring for Wild Nature part of their lives.

It costs just $15 to deliver a half-day in-school program or nature hike to 1 student in the Lower Mainland. How many young people can you sponsor?

"The most important thing I learned was that everything is connected in a chain. If one part falls out then the rest do as well."
Ariane, Grade 8

"The…presentation held the students’ interest like nothing I’ve ever seen before! Developing a connection with our natural world is the most important issue facing our world today – our very survival depends upon it. (WildED’s) presentation planted the seed to establish that vital connection."
Elementary teacher

"I learnt to notice everything around you when you go into the forest, including hearing, smelling!"
Andrew, Grade 8
